If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log in to your account and select 'Return Request' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring they are packed inside a protective outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Dispatch & Track

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point and retain the tracking receipt for your records.
